The foundation of a healthy diet starts right here. I’m a big fan of the tenets of the Mediterranean Diet. Those who live in this region and eat this highly anti-inflammation diet live long and healthy lives. We learn much from their way of living. In fact researchers have identified so many lifestyle factors that increase longevity, fight chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease. Books are written, recipes created and foods duplicated so that we can adopt more of these eating patterns into our daily lives.
