    Cabbot makes a great low fat cheddar cheese, but I can’t find it here in the Treasure Valley. What brand do you recommend?

      Hi Tamara: For a long time I was purchasing (at WinCo) Sargento 2% low-fat cheeses, mostly shredded. But I haven’t seen them in a while. After reading several articles with excellent research/evidence suggesting that milk fat is not as bad as we once thought and, in fact, may be beneficial to our heart health, I’ve not been looking for reduced-fat cheese. I’m using full fat cheese, but find myself using less just because it has more flavor. I still use reduced-fat cream cheese and cottage cheese however.
